Ss20 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the ss20 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read these terms carefully in their entirety before registering an account or using any of our services.
These terms take effect from the date of your account registration and are subject to amendment from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ss20 platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you are not permitted to use the ss20 platform.
Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. ss20 reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice, and the amended terms take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform.
The ss20 platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Account registration by minors is prohibited and any such account will be terminated immediately upon detection.
These terms set out your rights and responsibilities as an ss20 platform user. All users in Malaysia are required to comply with the provisions stated herein.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Creation & Verification
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on ss20. Registering multiple accounts under the same identity is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended without any refund of remaining balance.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. ss20 reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as a national ID or passport to confirm account legitimacy before processing your first withdrawal.
Password & Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. ss20 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the ss20 support team immediately through the support channels available on the platform.
Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited for all ss20 platform users:
- Using software, bots, automated scripts, or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage in any game or bet.
- Engaging in fraud, identity misrepresentation, money laundering, or any other unlawful activity using the ss20 platform.
- Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or abuse promotional and bonus systems.
- Abusing the customer support system by submitting false complaints or fraudulent claims.
- Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or interfering with system operations.
- Transferring or selling your ss20 account to another party without written authorisation.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, balance deduction, or permanent account termination. ss20 reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action against users who breach these rules.
Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Information in MYR
All transactions on the ss20 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via supported local payment methods, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and a number of other local banks.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment methods used are registered in their own name. The use of third-party bank accounts or e-wallets is prohibited and may result in withdrawals being held pending identity verification.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are subject to the selected payment method and may change from time to time. Withdrawal requests will be processed within the stipulated timeframe, subject to account verification and compliance with any applicable promotional rollover requirements.
Ss20 is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by third-party payment service providers when processing your transactions.

Account Policy, Liability Limits & Intellectual Property
Account Suspension & Closure
Ss20 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice if fraud, a breach of terms, or unlawful activity is suspected. In such cases, the account balance may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the ss20 support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any eligible balance will be returned once all conditions have been met.
Liability Limits & Intellectual Property
Ss20 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including service interruptions, technical faults, or errors in odds display and game results.
All content on the ss20 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of ss20 or its licensors. Users are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links & Applicable Law
The ss20 platform may contain links or integrations to third-party services such as game providers or payment processors. ss20 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party services. Use of any third-party service is entirely at the user's own risk.
These terms and conditions are governed by applicable law, and any disputes arising shall be resolved through the designated channels. By using the ss20 platform, users agree to comply with all local laws and regulations in force in Malaysia.
Amendments to Terms & How to Contact Us
Ss20 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of the latest version in force.
